Nicaragua Close to Agreement with IMF

Prensa (Panama) reports on President Ortega saying that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is respecting the Nicaraguan government's 3-year financial plan. He went on to say that this is the first time that Nicaragua is close to signing an agreement with the IMF that defends the rights of the Nicaraguans.
