Electricity Crisis Solved--Again?

ForexTV (Spain) reports that the Nicaraguan government and Union Finosa have signed an agreement to work together to solve the electric energy problems.

Nicaragua government officials and Union Fenosa management have signed an agreement which establishes the willingness of both parties to maintain the Fenosa's operations in the country and guarantee an improved service, Murillo noted.

Also, apparently there is an AP article about the Nicaraguan legislature approving funding to buy more energy and install more generators but I could not find a "free to read with no hoops" copy if it.

The problem en mi pais is that we rely on the luz. To makes the pot, I make the table spin with my feet. So I do not need the luz.
