ForexTV (Spain) reports that the Nicaraguan government and Union Finosa have signed an agreement to work together to solve the electric energy problems.
Also, apparently there is an AP article about the Nicaraguan legislature approving funding to buy more energy and install more generators but I could not find a "free to read with no hoops" copy if it. ( categories: )
