The very first jar of Cocibolca Peanut Butter

The nuts need to be cleaned better, smaller label, more nuts etc, but the spread tastes pretty good, I'm still on the fence about a little salt. So now no matter what else happens I can say I moved to Nicaragua and made Peanut Butter,tomorrow..cashew butter in a pickle jar

congrats....

time for a name change?

Congratulations

Things look good (I will just assume they taste good too).

SELLING OR GIVE-AWAY PROMOTION...

JUST JOKING ABOUT THE GIVE-AWAY BUT I WAS WONDERING WHEN AND WHERE WILL YOU SELL THIS PRODUCT?

Look for the Cocibolca brand

sold out of an Eskimo ice cream style push cart near the cathedral in Granada and by later this summer at other gringo hot spots in Nicaragua. I guess it will cost about 35 cords a pound, less if we can get a better deal on jars etc...

you will take...

the price given to you by the state and you will like it.

Congratulations

You are now a businessman. When you are ready for a distributor in Estelí, let me know. Ana and Mary Luz about about to open a food wholesaler here. And I would love to have some PB and cashew butter that isn't full of crap.

Just bring a bag

of pecans, p'nuts or cashews by my place in Granada and we can grind them up for you.
