Scampi Japanese Fusion Restaurant in Managua now open

Spacious and hip ambiance serving reasonably priced very good Japanese food - menu more extensive than Sushi Ito. They have a 'real' Japanese chef which lends credence to it's authenticity.

The restaurant has 3 bars, a sushi bar (of course), a concert hall for live bands and dancing, private rooms for small groups and functions and a piano area (patio dining) for a more relaxed ambiance. Oh and they roll fresh cigars on the premises if you're in the mood for one - that I thought was pricey at approx. $20 per hand-rolled cigar.
