Healthy BreakfastSubmitted by tacomasteve on 16 May, 2007 - 10:21.
![]() There are three generations of woman who set up a fruit salad stand on the corner by the house here in Granada. They sell a tasty little fruit salad like this for 6 cords....The contents vary according to the seasons, this one is pina, mango, banana, watermelon and some cantaloupe. This and a liter of water is my weekday breakfast. ( categories: )

my big walk and then around 6:30 I stop at the corner for my tri weekly fruit fix. One thing I like about the heat coupled with Nica food is my ability to lose weight here. And I haven't even gotten dengue yet. We are starting the Cocibolca Nut Butters up Nica style, I have both my maid's family and our free lance garbage man getting me used glass jars at between 2-3 cords each. Friday I expect to see a bunch of jars in a wooden cart out front. Cashews are everywhere but so far all the peanuts are too salty.
