Any grottoe's or over the top gardens in Nicaragua?

When I was little my grandpa used to take me to see various grottoes in the midwest. The pic is from the Grotto at West Bend, a family favorite. Build these awe inspiring constructions with a mild religious theme,coupled with an interesting lush garden and you got yourself a tourist attraction. Maybe a touch of Wall Drug,Route 66 or Believe it or Not. Locals and tourist a like would be amused and educated..Nicaragua has plenty of good gardeners, exotic plants and masonry workers...Am I nuts? Most good grottoes have been built by very "interesting folks. I'm not sure I'm wacky enough...
