Juicing up a giant papaya

The fruit salad gal on the corner had a giant papaya leftover at the end of the day and she sold it to me for 1o cords. I peeled and seeded it before running it thru the Champion Juicer. It was tasty even more so with a little bump of FDC. Next morning I went to the fridge to have some juice for breakfast and I found it gelled like an unfrozen sorbet? Turns out you need to add lime or another citrus juice to the papaya or it'll set up on ya. Juice with a spoon,mmmm
