Keeping Margarita Busy

On our way through Jinotega we stopped at the public market and picked up two heads of bananas--one for Margarita and one for the rest of us. C$25 if you buy one, C$20 when buying 2 or more. And, before you ask, we picked green. There were ripe ones as well.

I was looking for a US price reference point. :-)

We bought them because Ana was sick of paying C$6 (about $.30) for a dozen here and said a head would cost C$.40 or so.

C$6 equals about $30...what exchange rate you getting there fyl? Got to watch out for the decimal points when typing.
