this is actually mid'quality housing for Esteli, it probably has indoor plumbing because there are sewers running under this street. Windows are considered a security problem, plus front windows let in the road dust. If you need more perks, plan on bringing down more money. If you are picky like me you will look for hot showers, window screens, ceilings, and plumbing in the kitchen. These luxuries will put you in the hard'to'find top 2% of Esteli housing, which will set you back at least 200 usd and be an amazement to your Nica friends )both the house and the price)
