thanks for the images Bob

Bob, I love the way the house is progressing. Wonderful design.I hope one day we might be able to see it up close. What should we bring to the housewarming?

bring yourself.

and maybe food to cook, beer etc.

Very Nice Bob !!!!!! Good job !!!

place to stay

let me know when the rooms are ready to sleep in and when the stove is working and the beer is cold. I will bring my wit and charm and entertain you for a day for free.

Hey, Bob!

Did you take this picture when we were with you? Neither Muriel nor I remember you taking this. I´m gonna post my pics of our day with you when we get back to the US. BTW, we had a GREAT time...some of it VERY surreal, as well. Talk about being in the REAL Nicaragua...it doesn´t get any realler (I know, not a real word!) than what we did, right?

Cathy,

The pic was taken last week. It was great to finally meet the two of you, hope you come back soon.

Hey, Moore56!

Sounds like you had a great trip. What does Bob know and we don't, about how "Realler" it was for you when you visited Nicaragua?

looks great, congratulations on your hard work . . .

coming to fruition! Great roofline w/venting.

Ah! Now you're talking

It's great to see the full picture. When do you start on the Landscaping? and are the Iron Bars necessary later on? You are the one that started it! I like the little Crown on the Roof, looks like a little hat. What's that place on the left, an In-law Apartment? When do you move in? What date is the Open House! That should be a night to remember.

Ok, alot of questions....

Landscaping starts when the construction is finished. None of the houses in the are have a lot of security especially from the beach side. Yes a wall, gate and some bars in the front. The crown on the roof is for ventilation....hot air rises. Lots of big windows too. The place on the left will be for a freezer, washer and inverter so that I can eventually get solar and wind power. I start moving in in March and the party will be as soon as I get beds, a refrigerator, stove etc put in. Before Semana Santa though. And all will be welcome Gratis for the week of the open house........including dirtbags.

landscaping

Bob. You are not allowed to touch that before I have been there with my expert advice and some plants. Remember, there is only like 30 plants besides trees that can survive in salt air, and I would be damned if my friend Bob waist his money.....

Hey Roger

I will definitely not touch the land until you come and tell me what to do with it. Thanks so much. I should start moving stuff into the house the second week of March, after I get back from the U.S.
