Jerry Weller's development in Playa el Coco

I bought a lot in the Ladera development that was started by Jerry Weller in Playa el Coco. I haven't been there in a couple of years, I was wondering if anyone else out there had any information or possible owned property down there. Has there been any building taking place in the Coco area. My family and I are going to be traveling there in a couple of months to explore the possibility of building a house.

OUCH!!!! But are we surprised? It's karma, payback...shady deals, law breaking, corruption..will all be revealed. We think we can come to Nicaragua and take and pretend we give back but so many are full of SH_T! Many of us recognize that the country is changing and not for the better. look south my friends....go south!!

nothing has changed much since last two years....perhaps they started some earth excavation on one of the hills...i do not know who is doing it though....i will be posting some pic's from playa coco soon ....check it on flickr
