Best described as "a cheap place to sleep". $10 for a room with one large bed, one small and shared bathroom. This was for two adults, 2 kids. The first room downstairs has light from the lobby. Bath seemed to be shared with half of Masaya. Upstairs is probably a better option. Did have A/C (which we didn't use. Paid C$10 extra for the guy to watch the car on the street overnight.

Directions:

On the street on the east side of the park. One-way, southbound. About 3-1/2 blocks, on the west side.
