Been here a year now and we're back to the nasty winds I can't stand. It howls like I'm living on the Oklahoma plains, and I keep waiting for the roof to blow off this old house.
Woke up this morning to my neighbor (he's the one who stole from us twice...yeah, I saw him jump back over the front fence the second time) hammering nails into his roof. The sound of nails being driven through metal was ever so pleasing this morn...not.
Here it is almost 10 am and I can here people hammering on two sides of us now. Guess I'm not the only one worried about the roof blowing away. Boy is it windy here!
Wonder why no one is putting up windmills to harness all this free energy?
