what passes for hygiene in the megaslaughterhouses . . .
what passes for hygiene in the megaslaughterhouses . . . leaves a lot to be desired as well. How many times a year is there an ecoli outbreak . . . if we saw the the half of it, there'd be a vegetarian revolt . . . I'd still get there early in the AM if I was after the best cut, not something I'd wanna buy at 4:59 on my way home from work ; )
I heard
a funny story that butcher suppose to keep meat refrigerated, I guess this lady never heard about it.
NICALIBRE Jacko

I don't know
which pic is scarier, this or the giant spider
Me neither but
is that ceder marinated beef? I see why fyl is a vegetarian. It reminds me of once when I was in Dario, I saw a lady selling meat in front of her house. It was laying on the table and she was fanning it with a towel to keep the flies off. Several hours later when we walked by again, she ws still there fanning the flies off the same piece of meat.
With that being said, some of the cheapest meat I bought was from these meat vendors. Just take a strong wiff of it to make sure it smells fresh before purchase.
