Another Guapote

FisherCigarMan told Ariel how good Guapote were, and she got out a fork and chased her friend Flounder (who looks more like a guapote than a flounder) until she caught him, filleted him, and pan fried him in some butter and tarragon.

Betcha didn't know the Little Mermaid lived in Lake Nicaragua.
