Yo soy una madrinaSubmitted by Kelly Ann Thomas on 16 December, 2006 - 17:58.
![]() This is Katarina. She asked me to be one of two madrinas (godmothers) at her communion. Yes, her mom knows my feelings about religion and told me all I had to do was say amen, and if asked at least profess to be a Christian (in essence, lie). I even took the communion wafer, which tastes like styrofoam. This isn't something I would have ever done in the US, but Katarina adores me and wanted me and her aunt as madrinas, so how could I say no? ( categories: )
