En Cristo, -Marissa
I wouldn't let him in my house but
He hangs around the neighborhood where I stay in Granada and I think he sleeps on our stoop some times too. I speak to him almost every day that I am lucky enough to be in Granada... Knowing him a little I will assume that he boosted the shirt but most used clothing comes from a place they call the USA clothing store. Mostly stuff that the USA thrift stores can't sell. Shirts are around $C20 each.. One of my favorite pasttimes in Nica is the ironic tee shirt game... I was explaining the game to a fellow gringo on a bus once, my favorite example was a burly construction worker I'd seen near Rivas wearing a "Daddy's Little Princess" pink tee, as soon as I said this a vendor got on the bus wearing a black tee with " I survived Phillip Slogoff's Bar Mitvah" emblazoned on the front.
Fun T-Shirts
My husband goes to Goodwill on $1 Mondays and buys all kinds of fun tee shirts (brand new) that are leftover from different events like family reunions or athletic competitions...I am always excited to see what he brought home.
