The opossum kept drinking the wine that I added to his dish until he couldn't walk. They sleep all day anyway so I don't know if he had a hangover.

Drunk as a skunk?

Speaking of skunks....No not you JD...

One of my mates on the fishing boats bought one and took it home...

It had been de-skunked, but his wife asked him "Where is it going to sleep Freddy?"

"Why under the bed I guess" he replyed.

"But what about the smell?" she told him.

Freddy said to her "Darling I guess he is just going to have to get used to it like I did"

BTW the skunk got so fat, I called him a basketball, with racing stripes....

We had him in the house that night but I kept him outside in a glassed in gazebo where I used to keep some parrots and cockatoos.
