Sorry I missed y'all...
I love the Guapote Tipitapa...when I saw your description, started getting hungry. This restaurant is about 1km from Walter Sandino's house...it's the house with the 25ft. cathedral windows on the side of the house.
He invited us in for a tour and gave us directions to the rest while checking out the sea kayaks we were paddlin'.
Do you remeber the name of the restaraunt in the Laguna?
this makes me.....
want to be retired. but i see my 6 month old son in front of me. i have miles to go before i can sleep.
