Obviously the invisible dog doesn't bite, so he's a nice doggie, and not some mean, vicious ratwiler (however u spell it). So I'd just rip the dog off by holding an invisible ham bone in my hand for him to follow, and telegraphically encourage it to follow me home by chanting "Here Doggie. Here doggie. I've got a nice, hot b*t*h in heat waiting just for u". And obviously, the guy patting the dog wud never know it's gone. Because he's visually impaired, that is stone blind, something u intentionally neglected to mention, hoping to confuse us to elicit some stupid response. Shame on u and your deceits.
