boat on the beach at Santo Domingo, Ometepe. Looks like it still floats! Has anyone seen one of these on the lake?

saw something similar to this on the lake with a black pvc sail in heavy chop...hehehe

see if i can find my not so good pic ...prob won't get the promo:-(
