William Walker Trujillo 2Submitted by mjt on 23 November, 2006 - 12:15.
![]() A second image from the Old Cemetery in Trujilo, Honduras. It gives you some idea what Walker's neighbors look like. Each year more things seem to both disapear and appear, in a cemetery which is officially closed. Metal gates and icons are almost gone now. There has been some grave-robbing over the decades and as of recent the cemetery is, at least for some locales, apparently a back-up landfill. Judging by the number of used condoms inside the cemetery wall, it has yet another purpose, too. ( categories: )
