Is this the rourist area

Rigo, is this the touristy part of SJDS? I haven't been to SJDS, but aren't there suppose to be a lot of beach homes with Americans and Germans buying them up? What's the scoop?

The building that they are in and the others that you can see are all restaurants on the beach along the main street in the center of the bay. The residences on the beach are all along the north shore of the bay.
