New places in the SJS skyline...

if you can call it that! Took this pic two days ago from the Pepesca. Very rainy and windy, over 50 surfers on the SJS bay. Counted 4 new hotels being built on the coastal avenue from 3 to 5 stories tall. I highly recommend Wax dance club after-hours, will be "officially" opened soon, although it opened yesterday night...good place to go after a few drinks in Marie's or BDW's. It will be the best dance club in town, forget any of the ones in Managua, beautiful local women, european and north american beauties. Sharing the same building, Subway will open up in a week, the first franchise restaurant in SJS. This is located from El Timon Restaurant, one block east, half a block south, left hand.
