NICALIVING MEMBERS ONLY

This is roberto my co-worker, friend, and travel partner. (NO GAY COMMENTS) He is from Costa Rica and has a beach house in CR. It is between Jaco and Parrita on a remote beach of Bejuco. It is a 2 story and he has said it is OK for NL members to go there and use the downstairs and the upper balcony. There are caretakers on the property who would help with cooking and laundry. This is a great opportunity for those of you in Nic esp the ones living on the Pacific side to maybe take a visit for a few days. This is the best picture I have of the house. It is all gated and surrounded with a 8 foot fence. The beach is two minute walk with great surfing waves.

Thanks Roberto!

My bro and his family live in C.R, San Jose and we'll be visiting the country in December so...pliz,pliz,pliz is it possible we can also get to meet u,ur friend and the beautiful place? That'd be so awesome! :-D let me know please!

Take care,

TaTy

Let us know.

The downstairs has only a queen size bed but there is lots of room on a huge open space of spanish tile to place pads to lay on. There is also showers and a kitchen if you want to go to the beach and have a place to shower off.

I'll be there in Noviembre!

Greetings Tomas y Roberto:

My name is Kimberly Anna and I have been a member on/off for about a year. I'm coming to Nic in November. Would it be possible to hang at your place? I'l really love to : )

Please write back when you can, and thank you for the generous offer. I own a Victoria Farmhouse in the states. I am extending the same offer.

Love, Kimberly Anna

FYI

Kimberly Anna -- this place is in Costa Rica, not Nicaragua!

neighbor!

My sister-in-law lives in Parrita and we often go to Bejuco just to "do" a different beach. Great spot -- NO gringos!

We'll look Roberto up next time!

Bejuco

My friends house overlooks the soccer field when you go to the beach. It is on the right as you head towards the beach. Do you like Parrita?

The beach

We usually go to Playa Seca as there are LOTS of crabs and then we seine the river behind for fresh water shrimp. The girls take it all and make one of the best sopas on the planet.

I wouldn't live in Parrita but Jaco has become gringo-landia so prefer to just skip it these days and hang out in Parrita. I also like Quepos but the Manuel Antonio overflow is turning it into gringo-landia as well...

Gringo

I'm a gringo and hate to see more gringos. Are you talking about Palo Seco.
