Book Review: Misery in the name of FreedomSubmitted by fyl on 17 January, 2005 - 16:57.
![]() Al Burke's goal is to provide an introductory look at US intervention in Nicaragua. Most of the information is from the Reagan's administration. Wherever possible, Burke uses mainstream newspapers as the source of his information. There are illustrations and an index. His references are given in a collection of almost 550 entries he calls notes. He also makes an effort to show press bias by comparing mainstream press coverage with more direct sources of information. ( categories: )
