I met a Nicaraguan man last summer north of Esteli that was reported to be 110 years old. I asked him his secret to long life and he told me FRIJOLES. He had come to our medical clinic and rumor was the only medicne he asked for was Viagra.
I remember
I remember a Johnny Carson show that had 3 people over 100 and he was asking them about their longevity. One guy said, "I guess I just lived a long time." But the most hilarious one was a lady, 102 years old and he asked her if she had ever been bedridden, she replies, "My yes, and twice in a buggy."

I'll take the coffee. See...better oversight .. what you're really getting... what you "buy"..quality...aroma...lineage...and then grind it and brew it to your exact specifications. And..I am not talking the quickies like Starbucks either. Now if along comes a guy bearing fine beans....that's another story.
