Explanation for FAP & Other Members

Chris (batj22) has been a member Of "NL" for about a year. I knew that Chris had purchased a condo in "Rancho Santana". Chris has been a good member on this website.

I could see today after 4 of the same posts by Chris that he was having posting problems. I placed 3 of the posts in the moderation queue (not published) and I published this current post.

The problem was that Chris listed U$40-U$100/night on the other 3 posts; but, he had listed U$10/night on this post that I did publish. Of course, I knew that the U$10/night was incorrect and I used the U$40-U$100/night as he had listed on the 3 unpublished posts.

I'm certain that Chris will check "NL" soon and give us the exact rate/night.

If anybody does not understand; please ask "LFJW".

one of the nicer projects i have been to, .... golfcource is not completed ,i belive 7 holes are done the greens are nice. white sandy beach good waves at either end of the beach. if you dont golf or surf ....you only have suntanning to do and read a book. 30 minutes out of rivas make sure you bring yours or a significant other....imho

Wrong There isn't a single rate for $101, the rates should read $190+ since the cheapest rate on your site is $190 a day, plus a $70 maid FEE for a week stay.

I am just as confussed as MA ;-/

"NL" Shares the Blame

Under the "hotel site" on NL; the U$101+ is the highest choice of a rate.

Chris needs to stay with the U$101+ and list the exact per night in his comment or refer people to his website for the rates for the different seasons and tell the people that these are the correct rates.

The website quotes much higher numbers.

What is the exact correct amount per night for your condo?

these rates are a joke imho.....

you can almost own a lot in a year 60k.at 5k a month .....last oct. 55k

now i think there 70k to 78k for lots ..not many left i understand.

but for some people they work all year to go away on a nice holiday for a week or two and (Money) is no object....thier is a zillion better places to go in the world then here , this i know.

grand pacifica is a 20 year build ,

if they start the new road next year that will be amazing, so the rumor is... i drove out to las salinas yestarday LOL the road was hell....but still fun to drive a 4x4 and is sure not very busy . 1 1/2 hours you may see 6 other vehicals on the road
