my first local meal prepared in Managua it is the national meal of the locals. Barriga llena,corazon contenta !

My favorite Polish restaurant in Columbia, S.C. does not have gallo pintos on the menu either; but, the food is picture perfect.

Hey try chancho con yuca. That is if you like pork. Yuca is like potatoe. Or try any of the fried fish its delicious. I'm sure you will get around to it. Good eats
