Tisey Preserve Cabbage Patch.

This is fairly typical of the scenery at Tisey and also at nearby (other side of Esteli) Miraflor. Farms mixed with wildlands. This is not deep wilderness as some of us are familier with in the US, but it´s a good stab at saving some of the wildlands. It is all on private property and the preseves were created at the request of the landowners. The trade off is that the farmers agree not to cut down the trees and the government helps put them on the tourist map.
