You definitely have one of the nicest houses in Nicaragua, in my opinion. At least one of the funkiest.

I've seen pictures of nicer ones and been in a few but what the hell I;m stuck with it now. No swimming pool. No airconditioning although they did a good job of putting lots of air ciculation vents in the right places.
