Just wanted to share a picture of Josh and Zayda from their wedding this weekend.

Oh and Josh, since I put on 3 inch heels and a skirt, you owe me a few cold cervezas fella! Seriously, we had a grand time and I hope you don't mind me sharing your happy occasion with everyone.

Well What an interesting time. I think we were only about 1 hour late for our own wedding.

We ended up having the wedding at Mansion Teodolinda. This was just the simplest place to do it. Everything was included and taken care of, flowers, music, etc.

Unfortunately Melissa and Roger couldnt stick around for the whole event or their dogs would have ate their house. The dinner was pretty tasty, Filet Mignon and all. The waiters didnt completely know what they were doing, but all worked out fine. Everyone ended up eating 3 desserts. Flan de Caramela, Sorbete de Boracho, and the wedding cake.

My appologies to everyone I did not invite, My bride has that lets wait until the last minute to work out the details syndrome, haha.

Did you know that a Flan is just an upside down Crème Brulée?

You "attack" the custard with a blow torch to make it Crème Brulée.
