What's happening is that new water mains are being put in. Afterwards, the streets have to be "reassembled".

there seem to be other streets going through same. I did see some streets where water main is been placed before the road is finished.

Here the water system is the pits, leaks every where, when the water is on for just a few hours and turned off, contamination reenters the system.

Every sample I have sent to a lab from the pipes Failed to meet requirements.

I sincerly hope bringing this to attention helps cure the problem.
