You Fly or No Marriage!

On threat of either going flying with me or not marrying my daughter (just kidding) ... Carlos Guadamuz agreed to go flying with his future father-in-law!

Actually, once the gitters of getting up into the air and stabilized into cruise flight were passed, Chale had a great time. With a bird's eye view of Managua, landmarks familiar on the ground were identified from the air. We proceeded on to Los Brasiles, Mateare, Nagarote and out to the Pacific coast and back.

Fortunately for me, I greased a perfect landing back at Managua, and earned big time kudos! Thanks, Chale.

If MA pays anyone´s way, it has to be MINE.

I am headed back to the USA for a year's furlough. So, this is our last week in Nicaragua for a while. I will be back in February for a couple of weeks for meetings, but my wife and I should be back for good by next July, hopefully.

After 5 years in Nicaragua this time (we've lived here a total of 10 years), it will be strange moving around the USA again.

My daughter and Chale hope to get married next July or August. They are going to complete a year of university in Madrid, Spain first.
