Off Roadin'

Here's a shot of that river bed west of Escalante that I mentioned in response to maddogg82 in Road To El Coco.

This was just the beginning, after a while I couldn't even get out to take a picture as quarters were too close. Needless to say, we did a bit of backing up just to get out.

The locals may have thought we were crazy to be driving down a riverbed, but I can't imagine what they were thinking when they saw us driving backwards in that same riverbed *L*

We did this in dry season and still needed 4WD. I'm not sure I'm adventurous (read crazy) enough to try it during rainy season.

should have been labeled. "In this Photo you will notice that "Big Red" (the truck) is Right side up" :)

I have lots of pictures of Big Red from her adventures, and she's right side up in most of them!
