No, it's not a "meat market" for women

On the Pan Am, in Esteli, was this supermarket about ten years ago. Now, it's called something else.

Note the modern art sculpture on the highway.

yes, it is a woman's name. Interestingly enough, I watched a movie/documentary about Nicaragua just on Sunday, called "El Inmortal". One of the girls was named Lesbia; she was adopted by US citizens, who changed her name before bringing her up to the US.
