how do you get the ones with the printing on the bottom. and what action does the gov't give you?

They only take certificates without extraneous markings. The banks won't accept them otherwise (hint for most cash transactions in Nicaragua using US dollar bills).

when i was talking to wolf blitzer about the impending arrival of bill clinton. you see, he was going to use 2id as the backdrop for his don't ask, don't tell policy. wolf blitzer was near orgasmic for his love of bill clinton. and i as an officer "got" to shake his hand. he is an adept politician and all kind of things ooze from his pores. so, i don't know if wolf blitzer is gay, but man he was smitten. i think he'd have (as you put it) dropped to his knees. no wonder he got good press covereage. until monica when the press became jealous. clinton has very good people skills in person. as opposed to george bush, who i also got to meet twice. he signed a bill into law i wrote here in texas. he is not a very good politician. not very fluid with his people skills. he looked up at me and said, "you're a tall one." as if i hadn't heard that one before. i try to take from those who have talents and learn from those that don't. and that's all i have to say about that.
