Some products end up in the $.99 stores because people just don't want them. In other cases, a bad job of picking a name can land you there. This package is all in Chinese and English (no Spanish) so I think we know what it is here.

Of course, can anyone top GM trying to sell the Chevrolet Nova (that's "no va") in the Latin America market?
