Fyl the sign on I-95 up the street from me has said "Road Work Ahead" and it's been there for what seems at least 10 years. Road Crews work about the same speed no matter where you go.
You got that right.
That's probably because as soon as they finish widening I-95 to three lanes, it needs to be widened to four.
