Has anyone stayed at Hotel Don Quijote??

I am looking at staying at the Hotel Don Quijote this may when I am in Managua. I've previously stayed at Hotel el Conquistador and found it very adequate, but it was a bit too far from my relatives for convenient visits. Anyone have any experiences at this hotel? Is the area comparable - shopping, food, etc.
