If you want to charter a flight, there are pilots who can take you right to the airstrip at Montelimar. The threshold of the runway is right near the coastline.

Great perspective

Steve, This is a great photo that gives Montelimar some perspective. It looks like the sets are coming in right in front of the beach. I guess another way to get in for the day is to drop in from 12,000 Ft. It must be a great view landing on that runway.

Any chance you have some aerial photos of the progress at Gran Pacifica 8-10 miles up the coast?

I may have an answer for you. I did take pictures of what appears to be the preparation of a new urbanización north of the Montelimar area. I have no idea if it is Gran Pacífica, but I will post the pictures I took and you can decide.
