Chairs we didn't buy

These are the chairs we didn't buy. Ours were in the space just in front of them. This is just in front of a building across from the park.

When we first went there we talked to a woman standing on the corner. She said this guy makes them and puts them there to sell but he wasn't around. After we walked off he found us and we went back later to buy the other set.
