Finca for sale

Due to "politics" (personal--nothing to do with the property itself at this point) I am selling the property I bought for "Geek Ranch I". To explain without explaining, there were just too many "dirty deals" related to the purchase for me to feel ok. But, that is all stuff that was in my life--stuff is all clean and nice today.

The property is 19 manzanas, located 1.3km east of the Pan American highway just south of Esteli. It is actually 3km from where I live in the city in "airline miles". The actual drive is 2km of dirt road.

The terrain is rolling hills with views of Esteli from various locations on the property as well as views of the hills to the south from most places. Some trees (including some large mangos) but mostly just grass and such. Fenced.

The improvements since I bought the property are:

• Caretakers casita
• Latrine
• Well (water in it, just finishing the brickwork now)
• Road improvements
• Fence improvements
• Chicken coop

We have a new survey, taxes up to date and everything registered in the Alcaldia (for apparently the first time in the life of the property).
