Did you climb Concepcion? We did it a couple of years ago and enjoyed the experience, but we found it very hard. We were all exhausted at the end of the day, which was a full 10 hours. All means me, my wife and my youngest daughter, Lindsay. I have to recommend the hike/climb, but be prepared!

Naw, I was content just to climb to the waterfall at Merida (I misspoke earlier) which was only about an hour and a half each way. Less challenging and still a nice view of the south part of the island. Maybe next time for Concepcion.
