I am sending your PM
John: I am sending your PM now Alan
THANK
HELLO MISKITO ALAN:
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TANKS FOR GIVE MY NAME AS A LAWYER.
BLUE CAYUGA TOLD ME, ABOUT YOUR RECOMENDATION, AND FINALLY SHE IS HERE IN NIC. AND SHE IS BUYING A WONDERFUL PROPERTY.
I WILL BE PLEASE TO ASIST TO YOU ANY TIME YOU NEED.
No "PM" Notice this Time - "Forum Topic Discussion"
♠ Miskito Alan to "Sky King":
"John": Please, do not notify me about "PM" anymore on "Forum Topics" and I will not notify you.
Definition of "Forum Topic"
A forum is a threaded discussion that enables users to communicate about a particular topic.
"John" - A "threaded discussion" is the key word here. If you and I just keep "PMing" each other; then, we are not properly participating in the "flow of the discussion" of the "forum topic". Other members can not communicate with us through "replies" when we only use "PM".
"John" - You and I must start participating in the overall "forum topic" and not just "PM". You and I need to display our information in the forum for possible use by other members.
"John": Also, remember that on the right-hand side of this page that a listing exists called "view inbox" and when a person receives "private mail" the "(0)" will change to a "(1)" or higher to reflect the actual number of "private mail" messages received by the member. The "view inbox" effectively notifies members when "private mail" has been received in their "inbox" aand I am not notifying anyone anymore including "John", that I have sent "private mail". If "John" and the other members of "NL" can not glance ocassionally at the right-hand side of this page and check for received "private mail"; I will not worry about any or their varied possible omissions or possible emissions.
John - For "poetic justice" to be served; "forum topics" must consist of replies to the common "thread". Otherwise, "forum topics" will just be "bulletin boards" for notifications of "private messages".
"John": Thank you for your continued support. Over & Out.

Things I would do
If I were in Leon, I'll go to the lawyer that wrote the deed(escritura), if he/she is no longer available, i'll go to the one that has the first lawyer's protocol book.
With the copy of the deed or any other descriptive(of the property) document, (your son may have one in his hands)i'll go to the Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble(Property Registrar Office)in Leon and for a fee, get a document (solvencia o libertad the gravamen).
With the solvencia in my hands, i'll know whether the property exist and any liens and/or encumbrances it may have.
If I didn't speak spanish, i will need a good translator/interpreter.
If I don't know anyone in Leon I'll contact the office Mr. Alan recomended. Al
Thanks everyone, this is great .
I love this blog, I would have no idea what to do if I couldn't come here to ask for help!!
thanks again sheila
