NOT AN OFFER TO SELL! Informational use only . . .
Passed by this house the other day and decided to take a look. They are asking $35k, price reduced from $43k. In a good neighborhood, almost all upgraded houses on the block. Needs some work as it is an original late '60s Etapa III vintage Bello Horizonte house. Well constructed though. My guess is that the owner would take $30k for it, you'd have to put in at least $10k into it, then it would be worth maybe $50k assuming the investor wanted to flip it.
Would make a good rental home too. Probably could get $300 a month for it.

House
Doubt you could flip it for $50k unless you found another gringo to buy it.The $300 a month rent you could get.
I know that house
My sister-in-law lives at the white house on the corner across from the shop. The se vende esta casa sign has been on that house for over a year. I'm not surprised the price has gone down.
Yep
♥ Miskito Alan:
I've known quite a few people who owned houses in the barrio.
When I first came in 1991; that house in that condition would have sold for U$15-20,000. The prices there have not increased that dramatically.
Fixed-up; the house would rent for at least U$300.

THANK YOU FOR POSTING THE HOUSE!
It's so hard to have any idea what prices are like in Nicaragua when the only way I can research the area is on my computer. Those of us trying to buy a home there, any house house for sale you can post, is greatly appreciated!!!!!
