Beautiful

Wow, that wave looks pretty clean. I'm definitely bringing my board next time I'm down there, in December.

sorry guys . . . nothing like that up there

the only rental places I have heard of are in SJDS.

It's strictly BYOB -- bring your own board!

Boards?

Nice wave! I'm coming down to that area in July and was wondering about boardshops around Leon. Are there any? I don't want to fly down with my board.

send me an PM

If you get a chance swing by my place, you can take a look at the board. I might be bringing 1 or 2 more boards down in June. Try to get to the beach more often, Now that I have the truck!

The board is in fairly good shape I surfed it a few times when I lived in Hawaii. Haven't used it since. That was about 6-ish years ago.

Its a fairly thin Glass job has some pressure marks on the deck one little ding that was filled in. FCS system. I forget the other dimensions on it.

I will sell the 6-10 semi-gun but No ones touching my longboard.

6-10

Thanks for the offer Josh, but it sounds a bit small for me. I'm basically a beginner plus I'm pretty big (6´2, 200lbs). I just sold a 6-10 minigun, since it was just a tad too small. I need volume! Plus living in Sweden doesn't exactly allow you to hone your skills.

Email me if you bring anything else down you want to sell, or if you want to hook up for a session. I'll be there pretty much all of July.

Stay stoked! /Kris

Im not selling my 9-0 down there. and Im not selling any of the boards I might bring down. Just trying to get my 'quiver' (if you will) down there in small batches, so it doesnt cost me so much to ship all at once.

It costs U$100 every time I fly in to Managua per board bag, at less I fly into an airport that is welcoming to surf Travelers like airports in Costa Rica where board costs can be free to $50. Wish someone would push INTUR and the Airlines to do the same kind of thing for Nicaragua.

boards

Cool man, maybe I'll just pay the price of bringing my board down. Seems like it's hard to find one down there. It just sucks, cuz I have to bring it back and pay the airlines twice. They definately should lower board fees (fines!) to increase surf-tourism.

curiosity

Josh -- certainly none of my business but where did you live in Hawaii?

on Oahu, I lived on Sand Island for a bit, then over in Kapolei in a house looking over Barbers Point, followed by some time in a little modular home down the road from Waimea.

Speaking of the Rainbows. I used to go over to that campus on occasion, couple fun little clubs over in that direction.
