Thursday, January 5, 2006 / Edition No.24043.87 /Press 01:30AM New year came and went, but the rain have cause a muddy mess in RAAN dirt roads and headache to the transportation in general. From Pto. Cabezas, Waspam, Bonanza, Rosita, Prinzapolka and Siuna to Managua or vice-versa is a Muddy Mess. The Prensa Newspaper stated that Enrique Bolanios “ El Presidente” said (with his right harm up and one finger pointing up), “ My Government is committed to invest more money this year to repair and make better transportation road to the RAAN, and first repair Mud Holes roads from Rio Blanco to Pto. When the shown picture was taken - By that time, the people decided that the bus could not be pushed with the rope. :-)
