San Juan del Sur

A small fishing town about 20 km north of the Costa Rican border on the Pacific. It is a very nice bay and cruise ships are now visiting SJdS.
Access is over a decent 18km road from La Virgen on the Carretera Sur, about 12 km south of Rivas.

I own a couple of lots I'd like to have surveyed. South of SJDS. Any recommendations or tips? TIA
