Having lived there for about 2 years, I never really thought of it as San Francisco other than "arriba, abajo" which was my daily Life...

We sure coulda used a good chinese restaurant, italian restaurant, thai restaurant, etc!!!

I let Vivian Orozco (alcalde) know -- maybe they can start a campaign "Nicaragua's San Francisco"?!! Of course they'll need a few REAL hotels first...

Actually the casa del infierno is currently rented. You'd have to contact my wife for pricing but I think she wants around $35k for it. But since we rarely talk now, I am not sure of the status.

Martha is currently visiting in Boaco with the baby so I'll try to find out and post status...
